Below is the outline of precautionary measures we implemented in the resort:

ARRIVAL

• Temperature check and hand sanitiser is provided in the lobby
• Contactless greeting
• Sanitization of front desk surface and pen every after guest’s use
• All staff in the entire resort has been trained and following all health and safety protocols
• Luggage is sanitised on arrival
• All transfer vehicles are cleaned and sanitised before and after every journey

THE RESORT AND FACILITIES

• Hand sanitisers are available in all public areas throughout the hotel
• On departure, guests will be offered the option of a contactless checkout
• Daybeds and sundeck chairs in public pool area are spaced out with a minimum distance of two metres

ROOMS

• All suites and villas are thoroughly disinfected after each check out
• All suites and villas are equipped with complimentary face masks, hand sanitiser and disinfectant wipes
• Bedlinen is changed daily and high contact surfaces, such as the TV remote control and switches, are disinfected during housekeeping service

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

• All meals are offered à la carte
• Cutlery is disinfected and placed inside napkin
• Tables are placed within a safe distance from each other
• Tables and chairs are cleaned and disinfected as soon as guests leave
• Hand sanitizer is provided for guest use
